This notice describes how data is handled during the FantaFootball AI public beta.
Controller and contact
The service is operated by the FantaFootball AI project operator. Privacy requests: support@fantacalcioai.it. Full controller identification will be updated before commercial launch.
Data processed
Account data, email, league preferences, assistant requests, security diagnostics and aggregate usage metrics. Product metrics do not store IP addresses, email addresses or user identifiers.
Purposes
Provide beta accounts and features, protect the service, fix defects, measure reliability and respond to support requests.
Basis and retention
Data required for the service is processed to fulfil the user's request and operate the beta. Security and diagnostic data is kept only as long as necessary. Deletion requests may be sent to the contact above.
Providers
The service may use Hetzner hosting, Stripe for payments, LLM providers and football-data providers. Each provider processes data under its own role and terms.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by contacting us. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority.
